Client's Charter
As a Department under the Ministry of Education assigned to conduct administration and services, this department will undertake to the best of its ability, with the grace of Allah Subhanahu Wataala:-

1. to carry out the policy and schemes of the Ministry of Education related to this Department with efficiency, dedication and honesty in accordance with government regulations and without infringing Islamic Law;

2. to ensure that the Government Financial Regulations are compiled with;

3. to cater for the needs of customers by providing quality and satisfactory services;

4. to ensure that the process involved in the filling of vacancies and promotions in the Ministry of Education are carried out efficiently, effectively and on time;

5. to ensure that quality and quantity in the supply of food by suppliers meet desired standards;

6. to ascertain tenders issued by parties concerned are carried out efficiently and adhere to tender procedures;

7. to provide monthly payment vouchers, daily paid and services vouchers and information concerning supplies, deposits, repayments, cheques and other financial services are issued at appropriate times and in accordance with financial regulations;

8. to ensure the process of write off is carried out effectively, efficiently and economically.
