 SEAMEO VOCTECH Regional Centre SEAMEO VOCTECH was established in 1990. It is one of the regional centres of the Southeast Asian Ministers of Education Organisation (SEAMEO). The function of the Centre is to identify and help solve problems in member countries in the areas of vocational and technical education through research, training and dissemination of information.
