THE CLOSING CEREMONY OF JATI DIRI ‘ITQAN’ PROGRAMME

TUNGKU - Ministry of Education through the Department of Scholarship Management today held the closing ceremony of Jati Diri 'Itqan' Programme at Lecture Theater 2 Hall, Pengiran Anak Puteri Rashidah Sa'adatul Bolkiah Institute of Health Sciences (PAPRSB IHS), Universiti Brunei Darussalam (UBD).
Present as the Guest of Honour to close the ceremony was the Chairperson of the Program, Yang Mulia Dayang Rosimah Sumaimah binti Haji Matassim, Acting Director of Scholarship Management, Ministry of Education.
The ceremony commenced with the recitation of Surah Al-Fatihah, led by Yang Mulia Awang Haji Amran bin Jalil, Education Officer, Ministry of Education, followed by a welcoming speech by the Chairperson of the Ceremony, and a speech from the student representative, Muhammad Hazman bin Awang Josli. The event proceeded with the awarding of Certificates of Participation for the 'Itqan' Jati Diri Programme by the Guest of Honour.
This program took place over four days from 10 to 13 June 2024 and was attended by 32 students who successfully received His Majesty The Sultan of Brunei Darussalam Government Overseas Scholarship Scheme under the Twinning Programme from Universiti Brunei Darussalam. These students will be pursuing Medical and Dental courses for the 2024/2025 academic session.
The programme was incorporated with various briefings, including on Scholarship Regulations, Motivational Lectures, Team Building Activities, Stress/Emotional Management Briefings, Physical Activities, Human Resources Briefings from the Ministry of Health, Sharing Sessions with Junior Doctors who have completed their studies, and sharing sessions as part of the students' preparation before pursuing studies abroad.

MAJLIS PENUTUP PROGRAM JATI DIRI 'ITQAN'

TUNGKU - Kementerian Pendidikan melalui Jabatan Pengurusan Biasiswa pada hari ini telah mengadakan Majlis Penutup Program Jati Diri ‘Itqan’ bertempat di Dewan Teater 2, Institut Sains Kesihatan Pengiran Anak Puteri Rashidah Sa’adatul Bolkiah (PAPRSB IHS), Universiti Brunei Darussalam (UBD).
Hadir selaku Tetamu Kehormat bagi Majlis Penutup program tersebut ialah Pengerusi Majlis, Yang Mulia Dayang Rosimah Sumaimah binti Haji Matassim, Pemangku Pengarah Pengurusan Biasiswa, Kementerian Pendidikan.
Majlis dimulakan dengan bacaan Surah Al-Fatihah yang dipimpin oleh Yang Mulia Awang Haji Amran bin Jalil, Pegawai Pendidikan, Kementerian Pendidikan, disusuli dengan ucapan alu-aluan oleh Pengerusi Majlis dan seterusnya ucapan dari wakil pelajar, Muhammad Hazman bin Awang Josli. Majlis diikuti dengan penyampaian Sijil Penyertaan Program Jati Diri ‘Itqan’ oleh Tetamu Kehormat.
Program tersebut telah berlangsung selama 4 hari iaitu dari 10 hingga 13 Jun 2024 yang disertai oleh seramai 32 pelajar yang telah berjaya menerima Skim Biasiswa Kerajaan Kebawah Duli Yang Maha Mulia Paduka Seri Baginda Sultan Dan Yang Di-Pertuan Negara Brunei Darussalam di bawah Twinning Programme dari Universiti Brunei Darussalam yang akan mengikuti Kursus Perubatan dan Pergigian ke luar negeri sesi 2024/2025.
Program tersebut diisikan dengan Taklimat Aturan dan Peraturan Biasiswa, Ceramah Motivasi, Aktiviti Team Building, Taklimat Pengurusan Stress/Emosi, Aktiviti Fizikal, Taklimat dari Sumber Tenaga Manusia Kementerian Kesihatan. Selain itu, sesi kongsi sama bersama Junior Doctors yang telah menamatkan pengajian dan sesi perkongsian ilmu dan maklumat-maklumat terkini sebagai sebahagian dari persediaan para pelajar sebelum menjalani pengajian di luar negara.
