CLOSING CEREMONY OF TARBIYYAH AL-IHSAN COURSE

BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN – The Ministry of Education today held the Closing Ceremony for the Tarbiyyah Al-Ihsan Course at Ash-Shaliheen Mosque.
Present as the Guest of Honour was Yang Mulia Dayang Rosimah Sumaimah binti Haji Matassim, Acting Director of Scholarship Management, Ministry of Education.

The event began with the recitation of Surah Al-Fatihah followed by the Khatam Al-Quran Ceremony. This was followed by a presentation of certificate of participation to students and speech from the Guest of Honour as well as Awang Muhammad Amirul Fakhruddin bin Amzizulfadzillah, student representative currently studying BSc (Hons) Mathematics and Actuarial Science at the University of Leicester, United Kingdom.

The 4-day course was attended by 17 Second Year Students under the Government Overseas Scholarship Scheme, Education Loan Assistance Scheme (SBPP) and Private Students under the Ministry of Education who are currently on semester break in the country.
The course programme included briefings and sharing sessions from government agencies and local Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) involved, as well as community service activities (Hablum Minannas) and educational visits.
The course aims to re-emphasise the roles and responsibilities as a student and to instill noble values to be a more holistic individual in terms of morals, patriotism, self-awareness and readiness to face the future.

The closing ceremony and this course were organised by the Department of Scholarship Management, Ministry of Education. Also present at the ceremony were programme coordinators and officials from the Ministry of Education.

MAJLIS PENUTUP BAGI KURSUS TARBIYYAH AL-IHSAN

BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN – Kementerian Pendidikan pada hari ini telah mengadakan Majlis Penutup bagi Kursus Tarbiyyah Al-Ihsan di Masjid Ash-Shaliheen.
Hadir selaku Tetamu Kehormat ialah Yang Mulia Dayang Rosimah Sumaimah binti Haji Matassim, Pemangku Pengarah Pengurusan Biasiswa, Kementerian Pendidikan.
Majlis dimulakan dengan bacaan Surah Al-Fatihah dan disusuli dengan Majlis Khatam Al-Quran. Majlis diikuti dengan penyampaian sijil penyertaan Kursus Tarbiyyah Al-Ihsan dan diteruskan dengan ucapan daripada Tetamu Kehormat serta Awang Muhammad Amirul Fakhruddin bin Amzizulfadzillah, wakil pelajar yang sedang mengikuti pengajian BSc (Hons) Mathematics and Actuarial Science di University of Leicester, United Kingdom.
Kursus 4 hari ini disertai oleh seramai 17 orang pelajar Tahun 2 di bawah Skim Biasiswa Kerajaan Ke Luar Negeri, Skim Bantuan Pinjaman Pendidikan (SBPP) dan Pelajar Persendirian di bawah Kementerian Pendidikan yang sedang bercuti semester di tanah air.
Program kursus ini merangkumi taklimat dan sesi kongsisama daripada agensi-agensi kerajaan dan Institusi Pengajian Tinggi Awam (IPTA) yang terlibat, serta aktiviti khidmat masyarakat (Hablum Minannas) dan lawatan sambil belajar.
Kursus ini bertujuan untuk menekankan semula peranan dan tanggungjawab sebagai pelajar dan menerapkan nilai-nilai murni kepada para pelajar agar lebih Syumul dari segi akhlak, patriotik, kesedaran diri dan siap siaga menghadapi masa hadapan.
Majlis penutup dan kursus ini dikendalikan oleh Jabatan Pengurusan Biasiswa, Kementerian Pendidikan. Turut hadir pada majlis tersebut ialah penyelaras program serta pegawai-pegawai dari Kementerian Pendidikan.
