HECAS 2020 (2nd Round) online application to Universiti Brunei Darussalam (UBD), Universiti Islam Sultan Sharif Ali (UNISSA) and Politeknik Brunei (PB) will commence on Thursday, 06 August 2020 at 8:30 a.m. and will be closed on Thursday, 27 August 2020 at 3:00 p.m. The programme levels on offered are Level 5 Diploma, Higher National Diploma and first Degree programmes.
The HECAS online application is opened for holders of valid Brunei Darussalam issued identity cards (I.C) i.e. yellow, purple or green. HECAS does not process applications of government servants applying for in-service training or foreign applicants who do not have valid Brunei Darussalam issued I.C. Applicants are allowed to use their predicted results to apply to UBD and UNISSA only. Applicants will receive a conditional offer upon meeting the entry requirement set by the institutions.
Before the closing date of HECAS, applicants are required to:
- Settle overdue payments upon HECAS registration through BIBD Mobile Application or by cash at the payment counter located at First Floor Block B, Cash and Revenue Unit, Department of Administration and Services, Ministry of Education; and
- Submit online application or hardcopy document as per required in the Institution Checklist.

PENGUMUMAN PENGAMBILAN PUSINGAN KEDUA HECAS 2020 SECARA DALAM TALIAN
Pengambilan Pusingan Kedua HECAS 2020 secara dalam talian bagi kemasukan ke Universiti Brunei Darusslam (UBD), Universiti Islam Sultan Sharif Ali (UNISSA) dan Politeknik Brunei (PB) bagi tahun akademik 2020/2021 akan bermula pada Hari Khamis, 06 Ogos 2020 jam 8:30 pagi dan akan ditutup pada Hari Khamis, 27 Ogos 2020 jam 03:00 petang. Kursus-kursus yang ditawarkan adalah di peringkat Ijazah Pertama, Diploma Tertinggi Kebangsaan dan Diploma Level 5.
HECAS dibukakan kepada pemegang kad pintar (I.C) Brunei Darussalam yang sah, iaitu kad pintar yang berwarna Kuning, Unggu atau Hijau. HECAS tidak memproses permohonan di bawah skim Latihan Dalam Perkhidmatan atau permohonan orang asing yang tidak mempunyai kad pintar (I.C) yang tersebut di atas. Pemohon boleh memakai keputusan yang diramal (Predicted Result) untuk memohon ke UBD dan UNISSA. Pemohon yang berjaya akan diberi tawaran bersyarat (Conditional Offer) oleh pihak institusi.
Sebelum tarikh tutup HECAS, pemohon adalah dikehendaki untuk:
- Membuat pembayaran tertunggak melalui BIBD Mobile Application atau secara tunai di kaunter pembayaran di Tingkat 1 Blok B, Unit Tunai dan Hasil, Jabatan Pentadbiran dan Perkhidmatan-Perkhidmatan, Kementerian Pendidikan; dan
- Menghadapkan permohonan dalam talian atau dokumen yang berkenaan (hardcopy) yang diperlukan dalam Institution Checklist.
