International Advisory Panel Committee (IAP)
The International Advisory Panel Committee (IAP) is a selected group of people who act as informed advisors on issues of importance to the University as it continues to expand its international global scope and efforts. IAP provides advice and support in helping UTB maintain and enhance its position as one of the most forward looking global university of teaching, learning and research. IAP plays an important role in the strategy of the university. The members will help to shape university’s Vision and provide strategic advices.
Registrar and Secretary’s Office
The Office of the Registrar and Secretary plays an important role in supporting teaching and research of the university, by providing administrative services to staff as well as students. The university administration at the Registrar’s Office is led by the Registrar and Secretary, and assisted by two Deputy Registrars.

Estate’s Office
The role of Estate management is to provide, maintain and develop ITB Estate infrastructure to enable it to become sustainable, expandable, accessible, safe and versatile place for learning, teaching and research activities.

Finance’s Office
The Finance Office is one of the University’s Administrative Section. It plays an important role to work on achieving the university’s strategic plan. The Finance office is mainly responsible to manage the University’s financial matters, budgeting, staff payroll and finance matters. Finance office were subdivided into 3 units (1. Account, 2. Procurement and 3. Payroll) and operated by eight (8) staff with vision and mission which leads to provide quality financial services. Planning and Development Office (PDO)
The PDO is established under Vice-Chancellor’s Office to overlook the 2013/18 Strategic Plan in achieving UTB’s vision. The office: Informs, supports and coordinates the development and implementation of UTB strategic initiatives. Informs the relevant Principal Officers of advice or decision made by Vice-Chancellor on matters related to implementation of their strategic initiatives or UTB vision. Carries out task instructed by Vice-Chancellor on matters pertaining to Vision, Strategic Focus Areas, Strategic Objectives and Initiatives of UTB. Makes recommendation to Vice-Chancellor on seminar, conferences, workshop, status and QS related matter. Arranges meeting for the Assistance Vice Chancellor to report and make presentation to Vice Chancellor on strategic plan priorities, action plan and accomplishments. Reviews the Strategic Plan and performance against key performance indicators for the UTB Organises and recommends workshop, retreat, seminars and conferences related to UTB’s Strategic Plans 2013-2018. Responds and liaise with Ministry of Education and other Government Ministry with matters pertaining to Nation Strategic Plan
