The Ministry of Education through Higher Education Department, is pleased to inform that the HECAS online application for January 2027 intake for Academic Session 2026/2027 to public Higher Education Institutions (HEIs), namely Universiti Islam Sultan Sharif Ali (UNISSA) and Politeknik Brunei (PB) will commence on Tuesday, 18 August 2026 at 9.00 am and will be closed on Wednesday, 9 September 2026 at 3.00 pm.
