OCTOBER/NOVEMBER 2025 SESSION EXAMINATION RESULTS

BERAKAS – The Ministry of Education, through the Department of Examinations, is pleased to announce the results of the Brunei-Cambridge G.C.E. 'O' Level and International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE) Examinations for the October/November 2025 session have been released today.
1. Achievements of Candidates in the Brunei-Cambridge G.C.E. 'O' Level / IGCSE Examinations
1.1 At the national level, a total of 5,590 candidates sat for the October/November 2025 examination session. Out of this total, 5,506 (98.50%) were school candidates, and 84 (1.50%) were private candidates.
1.2 At the national level, 1,115 candidates (19.95%) obtained 8 'O' Levels and IGCSE above, and 2,464 candidates (44.08%) obtained 5 'O' Levels and IGCSE above in the October/November 2025 examination session. Meanwhile, 2,873 candidates (51.40%) obtained 4 'O' Levels and IGCSE above.
1.3 At the school level, 1,115 candidates (20.25%) obtained 8 'O' Levels and IGCSE above. Meanwhile, 2,464 candidates (44.75%) obtained 5 'O' Levels and IGCSE above, while 2,871 candidates (52.14%) obtained 4 'O' Levels and IGCSE above.
1.4 Out of 4,692 government school candidates, 813 candidates (17.33%) obtained 8 'O' Levels and IGCSE above, and 1,899 candidates (40.47%) obtained 5 'O' Levels and IGCSE above. Meanwhile, 2,255 candidates (48.06%) obtained 4 'O' Levels and IGCSE above.
For private school candidates, out of 814 candidates, 302 candidates (37.10%) obtained 8 'O' Levels and IGCSE above, and 565 candidates (69.41%) obtained 5 'O' Levels and IGCSE above. Meanwhile, 616 candidates (75.68%) obtained 4 'O' Levels and IGCSE above in the October/November 2025 examination session.
1.5 In addition, 59 school candidates (1.07%) obtained Grade A*/A in 8 to 11 subjects, of which 13 were from government school candidates.

1.6 A total of 25 out of 49 schools, comprising 20 government schools and 5 private schools, have shown an improvement ranging between 0.72% and 19.30% compared to the achievement in 2024.
2. Achievements in Brunei-Cambridge G.C.E. 'O' Level and International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE) Subjects
2.1 7 core subjects at the national level (Grades A- C) have achieved at least 50.00% in the October/November 2025 examination session.
2.2 Meanwhile, there are 9 other subjects at the national level (Grades A-C) that have achieved at least 50.00% in the October/November 2025 examination session.
Students who sat for the examination may collect their result slips from their respective schools. Meanwhile, private candidates are required to collect their result slips at the Department of Examination's Counter, One-Stop Service Centre, Ground Floor, Block C, Ministry of Education during office hours.
Candidates who wish to improve their Brunei-Cambridge G.C.E. 'O' Level and IGCSE examination results may register for the May/June 2026 session. Registration is open until Thursday, 12 February 2026.
For school candidates who wish to register for the Brunei-Cambridge G.C.E. 'O' Level and IGCSE May/June 2026 session, registration must be completed through their respective schools.

BERAKAS – Kementerian Pendidikan melalui Jabatan Peperiksaan sukacita memaklumkan bahawa Keputusan Peperiksaan Brunei-Cambridge G.C.E. Peringkat 'O' dan International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE) Sesi Oktober/November 2025 telah dikeluarkan pada hari ini.
1. Pencapaian Calon Peperiksaan Brunei-Cambridge G.C.E. Peringkat 'O' / IGCSE
1.1 Pada peringkat nasional, seramai 5,590 calon telah menduduki peperiksaan pada sesi Oktober/November 2025. Daripada jumlah ini, 5,506 (98.50%) adalah calon sekolah dan 84 (1.50%) calon persendirian.
1.2 Pada peringkat nasional, seramai 1,115 calon (19.95%) telah memperolehi 8 'O' Level dan IGCSE ke atas dan 2,464 calon (44.08%) telah memperolehi 5 'O' Level dan IGCSE ke atas pada peperiksaan sesi Oktober/November 2025. Sementara 616 calon (75.68%) mendapat 4 'O' Level dan IGCSE ke atas di dalam peperiksaan sesi Oktober/November 2025.
1.5 Di samping itu, seramai 59 calon sekolah (1.07%) mendapat Gred A*/A dalam 8 hingga 11 mata pelajaran, yang mana 13 daripadanya adalah terdiri daripada calon sekolah kerajaan.

1.6 Sebanyak 25 daripada 49 buah sekolah yang terdiri dari 20 buah sekolah kerajaan dan 5 buah sekolah swasta telah menunjukkan peningkatan di antara 0.72% dan 19.30% daripada pencapaian tahun 2024.
2. Pencapaian dalam mata pelajaran Brunei-Cambridge G.C.E. Peringkat 'O' dan International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE)
2.1 Sebanyak 7 mata pelajaran utama di peringkat nasional (Gred A-C) yang mencapai sekurang-kurangnya 50.00% di dalam peperiksaan sesi Oktober/November 2025.
2.2 Manakala sebanyak 9 mata pelajaran lain di peringkat nasional (Gred A-C) yang telah mencapai sekurang-kurangnya 50.00% di dalam peperiksaan sesi Oktober/November 2025.
Penuntut-penuntut yang telah menduduki peperiksaan tersebut bolehlah mendapatkan slip keputusan mereka di sekolah masing-masing. Manakala calon-calon persendirian dikehendaki mengambil slip keputusan mereka di Kaunter Jabatan Peperiksaan, Pusat Perkhidmatan Setempat, Aras Bawah, Blok C, Kementerian Pendidikan pada waktu pejabat dibuka.
Bagi mana-mana calon yang berhasrat untuk memperbaiki pencapaian keputusan peperiksaan Brunei-Cambridge G.C.E. Peringkat 'O' dan IGCSE, pendaftaran bagi bulan Mei/Jun Tahun 2026 masih dibukakan dan tarikh tutup pendaftaran ialah pada hari Khamis, 12 Februari 2026.
Bagi calon-calon sekolah yang berhasrat untuk mendaftar peperiksaan Brunei-Cambridge G.C.E. Peringkat 'O' dan IGCSE sesi Mei/Jun 2026 hendaklah melalui pihak sekolah masing-masing.
Maklumat lanjut bagi pendaftaran peperiksaan bagi bulan Mei/Jun Tahun 2026 bolehlah diperolehi dengan melayari laman sesawang Kementerian Pendidikan di www.moe.gov.bn atau ke kaunter Jabatan Peperiksaan, Pusat Perkhidmatan Setempat, Aras Bawah, Blok C, Kementerian Pendidikan pada waktu pejabat dibuka.
