​HECAS online application for August 2025 intake for Academic Session 2025/2026 to local Higher Education Institutions (HEIs), i.e. Universiti Brunei Darussalam (UBD), Universiti Islam Sultan Sharif Ali (UNISSA), Universiti Teknologi Brunei (UTB), Politeknik Brunei (PB) and for the Brunei Government Overseas Scholarship under the Department of Scholarship Management, Ministry of Education will commence on Tuesday, 21 January 2025 at 9:00 a.m. and will be closed on Tuesday, 25 February 2025 at 3:00 p.m.
