The First School Term of the 2026 Academic Year for all primary schools including pre-schools, secondary schools, colleges and sixth form centres, both government and private, under the purview of the Ministry of Education, as well as Ugama and Arabic schools under the Ministry of Religious Affairs, commenced today, Saturday, 14 Rejab 1447 corresponding to 3 January 2026.
