CLOSING CEREMONY FOR THE TARBIYYAH AL-IHSAN COURSE

MENGKUBAU – The Ministry of Education, through the Department of Scholarship Management today held the Closing Ceremony for the Tarbiyyah Al-Ihsan Course at An- Na'im Mosque, Kampung Panchor Mengkubau.

Present as the Guest of Honour was Yang Mulia Dayang Rosimah Sumaimah binti Haji Matassim, Acting Director of the Department of Scholarship Management, Ministry of Education.

The ceremony commenced with a Tahsin Surah Al-Fatihah activity, followed by a presentation on the virtues of reciting Ratib Al-Attas.

The event continued with the presentation of certificates of participation to the course attendees, followed by speeches delivered by the Guest of Honour and a student representative, Awangku Mohammad Idris Fadhlee bin Pengiran Dato Seri Paduka Haji Mohammad Tashim.

The four-day course was attended by 60 overseas students currently on semester break in the country. These participants comprise students under the Government Overseas Scholarship Scheme, the Education Loan Assistance Scheme (SBPP) under the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Religious Affairs, and Yayasan Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah scholarship as well as Private Students.

The course programme featured briefings and sharing sessions conducted by relevant government agencies and statutory bodies, along with educational visits.

Through these activities, the course aimed to reinforce the students’ roles and responsibilities while instilling noble values. This ensures they develop holistically (syumul) in terms of moral character, patriotism, self-awareness, and readiness to navigate future challenges.

Also present at the ceremony were the programme coordinators, as well as officers and staff from the Ministry of Education. 

MAJLIS PENUTUP KURSUS TARBIYYAH AL-IHSAN 2026

MENGKUBAU – Kementerian Pendidikan melalui Jabatan Pengurusan Biasiswa pada hari ini telah mengadakan Majlis Penutup bagi Kursus Tarbiyyah Al-Ihsan di Masjid An-Na'im, Kampung Panchor Mengkubau.

Hadir selaku Tetamu Kehormat ialah Yang Mulia Dayang Rosimah Sumaimah binti Haji Matassim, Pemangku Pengarah, Jabatan Pengurusan Biasiswa, Kementerian Pendidikan.

Majlis dimulakan dengan aktiviti Tahsin Surah Al-Fatihah dan disusuli dengan penyampaian Fadilat membaca Ratib Al-Attas.

Majlis diteruskan dengan penyampaian sijil penyertaan kepada para peserta Kursus Tarbiyyah Al-Ihsan, diikuti dengan ucapan daripada Tetamu Kehormat dan wakil pelajar, Awangku Mohammad Idris Fadhlee bin Pengiran Dato Seri Paduka Haji Mohammad Tashim.

Kursus selama 4 hari ini disertai oleh seramai 60 orang pelajar luar negeri yang pulang bercuti ke tanah air di bawah Skim Biasiswa Kerajaan Ke Luar Negeri, Skim Bantuan Pinjaman Pendidikan (SBPP) di bawah Kementerian Pendidikan, Kementerian Hal Ehwal Ugama, Biasiswa Yayasan Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah dan pelajar persendirian.

Program kursus ini merangkumi taklimat dan sesi kongsisama daripada agensi-agensi kerajaan dan badan berkanun yang terlibat dan lawatan sambil belajar.

Melalui pengisian tersebut, kursus ini ini bertujuan untuk menekankan semula peranan dan tanggungjawab sebagai pelajar, di samping menerapkan nilai-nilai murni kepada para pelajar agar lebih Syumul daripada segi akhlak, patriotik, kesedaran diri dan siap siaga menghadapi masa hadapan.

Turut hadir pada majlis tersebut ialah penyelaras program serta pegawai-pegawai dan kakitangan dari Kementerian Pendidikan.
