In an effort to instill a sense of love and patriotism among students, the Distribution of Miniature Table Flags Ceremony and Glorification of the National Flag Programme for Primary and Secondary Schools, Colleges and Arabic and Religious Schools students took place simultaneously in all four districts in the country. The event also aims to enliven the 37th National Day Celebration 2021.
Yang Mulia Dr. Awang Hazri bin Haji Kifle, Acting Director General of Education, Ministry of Education was the guest of honour at the Distribution of Miniature Table Flags Ceremony for the Tutong district. The event was held held at Sekolah Menengah Raja Isteri Pengiran Anak Saleha, Tutong.
The ceremony began with the singing of the National Anthem 'Allah Peliharakan Sultan' en masse followed by the recitation of Surah Al-Fatihah and Doa Selamat led by Yang Mulia Mohamad Emmy Rasmin bin Akop, followed by the distribution of miniature table flags to the students by the Guest of Honour.
Meanwhile, the same ceremony was held in Brunei-Muara District at Sekolah Ugama Pengiran Anak Puteri Mutawakillah Hayatul Bolkiah, Serusop. Present as the guest of honour and to distribute the miniature table flags was Awang Haji Shamshol bin Haji Omar, Acting Director of Islamic Studies, Department of Islamic Studies, Ministry of Religious Affairs.
In Belait District, the ceremony was held at St John's School. Present as the guest of honor was Yang Mulia Awang Sofian Erwan bin Mohammad, Acting Head of Private Education Division, Ministry of Education.
Concurrently, in Temburong District, the Distribution of Miniature Table Flags Ceremony was held at Sekolah Menengah Sultan Hasan, Bangar which was attended by Yang Mulia Nor Asurah binti Haji Meluddin, Acting Senior Special Duties Officer, Department of Schools, Ministry of Education as the Guest of Honor.

MAJLIS PENGAGIHAN BENDERA KECIL MEJA
SEMPENA SAMBUTAN ULANG TAHUN HARI KEBANGSAAN
NEGARA BRUNEI DARUSSALAM KE-37 TAHUN 2021
Dalam usaha menyemai rasa kecintaan dan semangat patriotisme dikalangan para pelajar, Majlis Pengagihan Bendera Kecil Meja dan Program Semarak Pengibaran Bendera bagi pelajar-pelajar Sekolah Rendah dan Menengah, Maktab serta Sekolah Arab dan Ugama berlangsung secara serentak di keempat-empat daerah di negara ini. Majlis tersebut juga bertujuan untuk memeriahkan lagi Sambutan Ulang Tahun Hari Kebangsaan Ke-37, Tahun 2021.
Hadir selaku tetamu kehormat ialah Yang Mulia Dr. Awang Hazri bin Haji Kifle, Pemangku Ketua Pengarah Pendidikan, Kementerian Pendidikan bagi Majlis Pengagihan Bendera Kecil Meja di Daerah Tutong, Majlis ini diadakan di Sekolah Menengah Raja Isteri Pengiran Anak Saleha, Tutong.
Aturcara majlis dimulakan dengan nyanyian Lagu Kebangsaan 'Allah Peliharakan Sultan' beramai-ramai diikuti dengan bacaan Surah Al-Fatihah dan Doa Selamat yang dipimpin oleh Yang Mulia Mohamad Emmy Rasmin bin Akop. Majlis seterusnya diikuti dengan pengagihan bendera kecil meja kepada para pelajar oleh Tetamu Kehormat Majlis.
Sementara itu, bagi Daerah Brunei-Muara, majlis serupa diadakan di Sekolah Ugama Pengiran Anak Puteri Mutawakillah Hayatul Bolkiah, Serusop. Hadir selaku tetamu kehormat dan seterusnya menyempurnakan pengagihan bendera kecil meja ialah Yang Mulia Awang Haji Shamshol bin Haji Omar, Pemangku Pengarah Pengajian Islam, Jabatan Pengajian Islam, Kementerian Hal Ehwal Ugama.
Di Daerah Belait pula, majlis diadakan di Sekolah St John. Hadir selaku tetamu kehormat ialah Yang Mulia Awang Sofian Erwan bin Mohammad, Pemangku Ketua Bahagian Pendidikan Swasta, Kementerian Pendidikan.
Manakala di Daerah Temburong, Majlis Pengagihan Bendera Kecil Meja diadakan di Sekolah Menengah Sultan Hasan Bangar yang dihadiri oleh Yang Mulia Nor Asurah binti Haji Meluddin, Pemangku Pegawai Tugas-Tugas Khas Kanan, Jabatan Sekolah-Sekolah Kementerian Pendidikan selaku Tetamu Kehormat Majlis.
