Updated Guidelines For Application For Registration To Undergo / Resume Study Abroad

Following the press conference on the current COVID-19 Infection in Brunei Darussalam on 30 December 2021, Yang Mulia Acting Minister of Education announced that students who will leave the country for education purposes, beginning 1 January 2022, are required to complete registration with the Ministry of Education through the Department of Scholarship Management.


The Ministry of Education through Department of Scholarship Management would like to inform that students who wish to begin their studies abroad or return to respective place of study need to submit registration application in advance via online using a web-based application at bit.ly/pendaftarankeluarnegeri.


In addition, self-funding students who have not yet registered as private students to study abroad now can submit registration application via online using a web-based application at bit.ly/pendaftaranprivatestudent.


The Ministry of Education advises all Bruneian students who will or currently undergoing their study abroad who has not yet registered with the Ministry of Education to do so to assist the Government in monitoring their wellbeing especially during the current outbreak of COVID-19.

PENGEMASKINIAN GARIS PANDUAN PERMOHONAN

PENDAFTARAN UNTUK MENGIKUTI/ MENERUSKAN PENGAJIAN DI LUAR NEGARA

 

Sebagai susulan kepada Sidang Media bagi Situasi Terkini Jangkitan COVID-19 di Negara Brunei Darussalam pada 30 Disember 2021, Yang Mulia Pemangku Menteri Pendidikan memaklumkan bahawa pelajar-pelajar yang akan membuat perjalanan ke luar negara atas tujuan pengajian, bermula 1 Januari 2022, adalah dikehendaki untuk melengkapkan pendaftaran di Kementerian Pendidikan melalui Jabatan Pengurusan Biasiswa sebelum membuat perjalanan ke luar negara.


Sehubungan itu, Kementerian Pendidikan melalui Jabatan Pengurusan Biasiswa ingin memaklumkan bahawa pelajar-pelajar yang hendak memulakan pengajian di luar negara atau kembali ke negara pengajian perlu menghadapkan permohonan pendaftaran terlebih dahulu iaitu secara online di aplikasi web-based melalui pautan: bit.ly/pendaftarankeluarnegeri.


Selain itu, pelajar-pelajar persendirian yang belum mendaftar sebagai pelajar persendirian untuk belajar ke luar negara kini boleh menghadapkan permohonan secara online di aplikasi web-based melalui pautan bit.ly/pendaftaranprivatestudent.

 

Kementerian Pendidikan menasihatkan agar kesemua pelajar-pelajar Negara Brunei Darussalam yang akan atau sedang mengikuti pengajian di luar negara yang belum mendaftar di bawah Kementerian Pendidikan untuk berbuat demikian bagi memudahkan pihak Kerajaan untuk memantau kesejahteraan pelajar-pelajar di luar negara terutama sekali semasa penularan wabak COVID-19 ketika ini.
