The result for HECAS 2022 (2nd Round) application to public Higher Education Institutions (HEIs), i.e. Universiti Brunei Darussalam (UBD), Universiti Islam Sultan Sharif Ali (UNISSA) and Politeknik Brunei (PB) for the Academic Year 2022/2023 will be released on Tuesday, 1 November 2022 after 8:30 a.m. Applicants may login to their HECAS accounts to find out their application status in the HECAS portal at https://hecas.moe.gov.bn.
For unsuccessful applicants who meet the entry requirements set by HEIs and wish to appeal are to take note of the following:
● Applicants are given 3 working days to submit their appeal starting Wednesday, 2 November 2022;
● The last day to send the Letter of Appeal and related documents is on Saturday, 5 November 2022 before 4:00 p.m; and
● Applicants are advised to appeal and apply for a different programme from the one originally applied in August/September 2022.
Letter of Appeal and related documents (hardcopy or softcopy) must be submitted according to the information given by each institution as follows:

PENGUMUMAN KEPUTUSAN PENGAMBILAN PUSINGAN KEDUA HECAS 2022
UNTUK INSTITUSI PENGAJIAN TINGGI AWAM (IPTA)
Pengumuman bagi keputusan HECAS 2022 (Pengambilan Pusingan Kedua) untuk Institusi Pengajian Tinggi Awam (IPTA) iaitu Universiti Brunei Darussalam (UBD), Universiti Islam Sultan Sharif Ali (UNISSA) dan Politeknik Brunei (PB) bagi Tahun Akademik 2022/2023 akan dikeluarkan pada hari Selasa, 1 November 2022, selepas jam 8:30 pagi. Pemohon-pemohon bolehlah mengakses akaun HECAS masing-masing untuk mengetahui status permohonan di laman sesawang HECAS iaitu https://hecas.moe.gov.bn.
Bagi pemohon yang tidak berjaya tetapi memenuhi syarat kemasukan yang ditetapkan oleh IPTA dan berhasrat untuk membuat rayuan, pemohon hendaklah mengambil perhatian mengenai perkara-perkara berikut:
● Pemohon diberikan 3 hari waktu bekerja untuk menghadapkan rayuan bermula hari Rabu, 2 November 2022;
● Hari terakhir untuk menghadapkan Surat Rayuan dan dokumen-dokumen yang berkenaan adalah pada hari Sabtu, 5 November 2022 sebelum jam 4:00 petang; dan
● Pemohon yang berhasrat untuk membuat rayuan adalah disarankan untuk memohon program yang berlainan daripada yang pernah dipohonkan pada bulan Ogos / September 2022 yang lalu.
Surat Rayuan dan dokumen-dokumen yang berkenaan bolehlah dihadapkan ke institusi-institusi yang berkenaan sama ada secara hardcopy atau softcopy seperti berikut:
