Established on 10th May 2014 by the Minister of Education, Strategic Enterprise Performance and Delivery Unit (SEPaDU) is a cross-functional unit looking after several MOE projects to ensure that each one goes through a comprehensive, standardised process and are impact driven, quality approach designed to support every department to integrate and align.
SEPaDU is the approach for enterprise integration, programme management, project management and change management to improve ministry-wide coordination and integration. The enterprise-wide adoption of this approach will allow rapid realisation of the Ministry’s vision.
